Very quick question about hammocks

This is one of those weird little questions that I have no idea how to properly google. I've tried searching for variations on "trapped inside hammock", but they mostly lead to pages about the dangers of children strangling themselves.

Anyway, my question is this: is it possible to get yourself rolled up and trapped inside a hammock? If so, how could this feasibly happen? (There are other people around, so it doesn't have to be the trapped person's fault.)

(For reference, this takes place on an 18th-century ship, but I assume hammock designs haven't changed much in 300-odd years.)

EDIT: It doesn't seem to be possible. Ah well, I thought it was worth making sure.
