I'm looking at how realistic of an idea it is to remove a rather large scale parasite, stomach eel would be a good way to describe it, from someone under primitive conditions by inducing violent vomiting and applied pressure on the torso to force it up into the esophagus and then with tong like tools reach in an haul it out. The medic in question wants to avoid surgery for very good reasons. It has to come out as eventualy before it reaches a fatal size.
