So here's a tiny detail that's going to bother me all damn day if I don't double-check it...

What did hundred-dollar bills look like in the mid-to-late 1930s? Did they have Ben Franklin's portrait on them, or someone else's? (I'd ask for image links, but I think the U.S. Mints have very strict laws about anyone taking pictures of money.)
