Help with early English 19th century servants

Hi there, I'm looking for what I would call the head servant of the household for a noble English family in the early 1800's(about 1813). I found a wonderful website with some general information from the Elizabethan time perion:

http://renaissance.dm.net/compendium/14.html

But I'm not sure if it still applies. I was wondering if there was a particular job title such as head groom/servant, who basically ran the show, you know like a head butler, but maybe with a different title? Or is it the same? Also if there is no such position who would have the highest authority as far as servants go? The Head of the Households Valet/personal attendant?

Thanks for any help! :)
