Forms of address within Japanese families

Okay, I've tried Googling this and checking a Japanese textbook, but no luck. I know that children usually address older siblings by title rather than name. However, everything always shows a lovely little balanced family from the point of view of a child with one older brother, one older sister, one younger brother and one younger sister. My question (and maybe it's silly) is what if a child has two older brothers? Would he address them both as onii-chan/onii-san? WOuld it change depending on if they were both present? Would the eldest brother be onii-chan while the second is called something else?
