Vampire question

Alright. As I understand it, 98.6 degrees farenheit is the averace core temperature for the human body. The skin, naturally, is colder, as are the extremities.

Now, a vampire- being dead- wouldn't generate any internal heat. If he'd been hanging around the same place all day, his entire body would be ambient temperature.

My question, then, is this: how cold would ambient temperature have to be before the skin/extremities would be noticably colder than a person could really account for with bad circulation?
