A query on kitten age and train travel

In the story I'm currently working on, one of the main characters has a cat who's about to kit. That part I'm fine on and won't have trouble writing when it comes to it, but my plans were to have him take a train trip that would be about four hours and he's taking the cat and kittens with.

And my question is, will kittens roughly two weeks old be able to handle a train trip that would last four hours?

I've tried asking google, but the fact that train can be read two different ways tends to bring me answers that don't really help me, sorry. And since I'm kind of google-illiterate at my best times, I'm not quite sure what keyphrases other than' kittens train trip safety age' I should use.
