I'm dealing with a character who does, in fact, have a medical condition that requires special attention (specifically brittle bone disease) - but I can't find any reference to this anywhere other than Wikipedia. I tried various combinations of "medical dog tag US military" but only found places engraving custom medic alert tags.
Can anyone confirm the existence of these medical tags, and tell me exactly what information they contain and what they look like?
(The character is a pilot in a future space navy, but canon only shows the backs of said space navy's dog tags, so the modern-day US Navy seems like my best bet. :P And I know this is a very little detail, even for this comm - but I'm making a set of dog tags for a cosplay, so accuracy is very important to me.)
