Surviving a fall from second floor with minor or no injuries

The character is ten, maybe eleven. She has to jump out of her bedroom window, which is on the second floor (ground level -> second floor), and I'd like her to escape mostly unscathed. She's active, jumps off trees often enough to give her mum a good scare, and has some minor idea how to fall safely. Could she get away with no injuries, and what's the best way to fall?

Googled 'surviving a fall', 'surviving fall from second floor', 'surviving fall from second floor window', and variants. Got a surprising amount of news articles, but their second floor and my second floor don't match up...
