Physical state of a trans male

I have a character who's FtM, mid-forties, been on hormones for at least a decade but hasn't had any surgeries. And he seems to have landed himself in a sex scene, which I definitely don't want to screw up.

Here's my general mental image of him (without clothing/accessories): masculine face, short hair, some muscle definition, small/easily bindable breasts (source #1 says taking testosterone doesn't affect that, but source #2 says fat will decrease in the breast area - does that count?), vagina, male-pattern body hair. Is that a reasonable combination?

On top of that, what physical quirks characteristics could I include? That includes anything from "problems he needs to be wary of" to "little things his partner might notice in bed".

I don't want the scene to be all "ooh, look at the freaky trans body" - but, well, it's a sex scene, so there's some physical fetishization thinking "your body is hot" inherent in the premise. That said, what clichés/wallbangers/stereotypes should I take care to avoid anyway?

Also, how would his sexual response cycle go? Sources say testosterone increases sex drive, but they don't really go into detail. (I suppose I could pay to watch source #3 in action, but I doubt it's all that realistic, or bothers to tell us about the star's internal monologue/emotions.)

Any other questions I should be asking, or things I should keep in mind?

Thanks for any advice!
