Below-the-knee amputations and prostheses

I'm looking for the correct terminology for the kind of below-the-knee foot amputation shown here. What little research I've done on amputations and prostheses has brought me such terms as unilaterial transtibial amputee and so on. Is this just a foot-and-ankle amputation? My research (consisting of googling websites that dealt with amputations and prostheses) kind of led me to a site that stated they typically don't amputate on the lower third of the tibia, whereas the character in question appears to have the amputation just above the ankle. Is this the error/fault of the mangaka or what?

I'm roleplaying this character, Ren-Fah, in a couple games and want to make sure I know what I'm doing and talking about. Any help on details regarding the prosthesis and amputation type, and just to describe stuff, is much appreciated!
