Information about Kings College London P2

Hello everyone, it's me again, looking for specific information about Kings College University in London.

Firstly, I'd like to thank everyone who responded to my previous post regarding a suitable venue at Kings College for my characters to have their showdown and also to apologise for my silence; I was very grateful for such a bountiful response. I've been thinking a lot about the story I'm researching (basic gist is, I started it two years ago, but RL has interfered, but I've been thinking that with just a couple more chapters to go, it would be a shame not to at least try and finish it).

I've been too-ing and fro-ing a bit on what people have kindly told me about Kings College venues, but there is just one thing I'd like to know: is there anyone here who's familiar with the Hodgkin Building on Guy's Campus and its interior? I'd like to know for a backup plan; I just have this idea of the characters in an actual lecture theatre but 'sneaking under the radar' due to what's going on and the Hodgkin looks like a big building. But is there a lecture theatre there that can be used (as I cannot find any photos at all). And again (I know, I know) do any of the theatre doors have glass panels? And if not a lecture theatre, then a classroom?

I'm really sorry to come back here asking yet again; this is essentially me ensuring I have all my options covered. I know it sounds like I wasn't paying attention first time around, but I'm just curious about the Hodgkin Building. I don't want to waste anybody's time, as I've had some incredibly helpful responses, but I just want to get this right, as I think it's about time this story got a good dusting.

Thankyou, again.

Berlin Festival of Music and Drama in East Berlin in 80s

Greetings to all,

I'm looking for information on Berlin Festival of Music and Drama which apparently was an annual event in East Berlin that took place in Sep-Oct (at least in '80s). I've found a mention of it in Fodor's Germany 1988 - West and East. All my attempts at finding further info on the internet failed. I Googled combinations of the festival name, in Eng and translated into Russian (as I know Russian too), with years addes -- found nothing, only Berlin Film Festival comes up. I've also checked up Germany section on this site.

I need to know for my story:

1) who normally participated in that festival? (I'm hoping musicians and theatre shows from Soviet block countries, esp Sov Union)
2) what kind of music (classic, pop etc.) and shows they presented?
3) if the festival took place in 1989 and when exactly? what its program was.

Thank you very much for your help!!
