What body parts CAN'T be donated?

Basically, if you donated everything that *could* be donated, what would be left? This does not involve 'giving your whole body to medical science' - for the purposes of the story, all donated organ/body parts have to go to specific people.

By 'what would be left' I literally mean 'we have taken absolutely everything that can be donated to someone else, and here are all the bits that are left, which we will then dispose of'.

I have Googled/looked at information about organ donation and found some information about non-major-organ donation such as corneas, heart valves, bone, and skin. But that doesn't help much because surely you couldn't use every bone or square inch of skin...or could you?
