Speech Pathology Exercises for Expressive Aphasia

Setting: Modern Day London
Terms Googled: 'speech therapy exercises', 'speech pathology exercises' 'speech pathology exercises for adults', 'aphasia exercises' and so on.

I have a character who is suffering from expressive aphasia after head trauma. I'd like to have a section of my story where he's in a speech-language therapy session, but I've been unable to find anything about what you would do in a session, in terms of techniques or exercises. I've found sort of vagueish things and a lot for kids, but this is an adult who most definitely does not want to be treated like a child. Is there anyone out there, either who is a SLP or has participated in SLP who might be able to give me a bit more detail about what sort things you might do to treat it? Or even some good links to resources for same? I know about Melodic Intonation Therapy, but that's pretty much it.

I know it's hard to treat someone without knowing what the problem is, so below the cut is a more detailed description of the characters problems, for anyone who needs it.

Map of 1940s Lillehammer, Norway

Hello all,

I realize this isn't the normal type of question for this group, but I've tried everywhere else, and I know there are so many people here with knowledge and resources that I don't have.

I'm trying to find a map of Lillehammer that shows the city as it was laid out during the World War II years, or just before or just after. Has anyone ever done any sort of research in which they’ve come upon things like this, or have any idea what kinds of resources I should check into? I’m coming up with absolutely zero on this one. What I need is something that shows the streets and nearby landmarks. So that I can see, by comparing this map with, say, Google Maps, what streets existed then and which ones were built since.

I've tried searching Google for "world war ii map lillehammer", "world war ii maps noway", I've tried the wikimedia page on the Lillehammer article, and I've even used Google Translate to find Norwegian language search terms, which I have subsequently employed ("lillehammer kart", "verdenskrig kart for Lillehammer", "andre verdenskrig kart lillehammer", "andre verdenskrig lillehammer", and even "kart over Norge i andre verdenskrig").

I'd really appreciate any help and suggestions that anyone can give! Thanks!
