Australian / New Zealand Dialogue

When: The mid-1930s / Present-day time

Where: Australia and New Zealand

Previous Research: 'Australian Speech', 'Australian Translation'

Hey there; I'm writing a story revolving around an Australian and a New Zealander. Are there any websites out there that will help me in getting their manners of speech as accurate as possible? For example, I know that the British use the term 'sweets' over 'candy' and the like. Is there any place I can go that could give me the same kind of guide for Australians, as a writer who isn't familiar with the way a local might speak? I've come across a few dictionaries and slang translations, but nothing to really help with what I'm looking for.

Thanks in advance for any help you can give me!

Flushing an egg down the toilet

Where: Houston, Texas

When: January 2030

I'm not sure how to go about searching for this, but what would happen if my character flushed an egg - similar to a chicken's egg in terms of size and toughness/structural integrity of shell, although not actually laid by a chicken - down the toilet?
