Overplayed American pop music of the early '90s

Does anyone remember what other really annoying music was being played to death on mainstream American radio at the same time as 4 Non-Blondes's "What's Up"? Googling I've done says that the song came out in 1992. That's around the time I was going through this weird pre-teen phase where I only listened to classical music and show tunes, so I'm sort of hazy on what other pop music was out then. Everything I come up with is either too early or too late.

Basically I have a character being snide to somebody who really hates "What's Up?" and wants to change the radio station. I'm just not how to fill in the blank for something like "Well sure, maybe if you're lucky we'll get ____."

Not that important, really, but I'm the level of nitpicky where it would bother me to slot in some song that I don't like if it came out in the wrong year.

fun with neuroscience

Hi all. I've tried to google this, and I've gotten lots of information. Problem is, none of it helped. Pardon the science, but here's my question: at a synapse in the (human) brain, is there a finite supply of neurotransmitters? I.e., is there only so much of a certain chemical available? I'm trying to figure out whether or not it's possible for a human to be infinitely happy, or if there's a biological limit (which is what I suspect).

Extreme Environmental Groups...

I've been looking around for quite some time but can't seem to find anything more than i've already got. I'm trying to find out the names of some 'extreme' environmental groups, the kind that use arson, vandalism, or other violent actions as part of their actions.

So far all i've found are the Earth Liberation Front and the Animal Liberation Front and Earth First!. I've read in numerous articles that 'extreme groups' blah blah, but very few names show up besides these three.

If anyone has any ideas or links, that's be great! Doesn't hav to be 'big' groups, either, i'll take little groups, fringy stuff, whatever you've got.

Thanks!
