Theatrical Superstitions

Setting: A community theatre in an unnamed small New England city, modern day, performing King Lear.
Tried searching: "theatre superstitions," "theater superstitions," "theatrical superstitions."  All of which brought me lots of information about the Scottish Play, and little else.  I have also been in several plays myself and was part of a group convinced there was a ghost in the dressing room during "The Phantom Tollbooth."

I'm looking for theatre superstitions and rituals, other than the Scottish Play.  Yes, we all know that's bad luck.  What else is?  Are there particular things that are good luck?  Anything one shouldn't do on opening night?  Remedies for a bout of bad fortune?  Anything anyone can think of would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you in advance.
