Now I'm on her third pregnancy (first of all, is this possible to even have two miscarriages and a somewhat smooth third pregnancy?)
About six or seven months into her pregnancy, she and her significant other get into a stressful situation and fight. Point: I want her to bleed during this pregnancy. I want them to get into a fight and for her boyfriend to get blood on his hands from it staining through her clothes (or undergarments. Not sure what her wardrobe will be during the fight).
But I want the baby to survive!
So if she bleeds that much to the point where her boyfriend can have some on his hands, is there a chance the baby can survive? I want this effect to sort of freak the readers out as if for them to say 'Oh, no, not again!'
I asked my mom about this, and she said that bed rest would help the baby survive and reduce the bleeding. I want about a month of bed rest for her before she goes into premature labor for the baby to survive.
I hope this is understandable. If not understandable, feel free to ask whatever in the comments. I feel like I've done an amount of research, but I want to see if it's organized or not.
It would help me out a lot!
Thanks in advance!
