Details on corpse condition

I am writing a short story which involves an older brother (~12-13) finding his younger brother (6-8) frozen to death after being lost in a blizzard. I have tried Google, but to no avail. You are my only hope.

I need to find a picture (or a really superb description) of a frozen body about 12 hours after passing (the boy will find his brother the next morning). I am assuming that a child, being smaller, will freeze to death faster. Will blood pool and freeze in different places depending on the position of the boy at the time of death? How does this affect the decay or appearance of the corpse in such a short period of time? Time above freezing will be limited. How are facial expressions preserved in frozen bodies and in normal bodies and do they differ?

Tried "frozen body", "frozen corpse", "froze to death" and permutations thereof. Sorry, this is my first corpse and I want to get it right.
