Popular Welsh Rugby Teams

Setting: Cardiff, near future
Searches run: tentatively for rugby on wiki, welsh rugby, rugby union, wales national rugby team, but the whole subject is too complex.

I really just need a quick answer. For a Torchwood fic I need the name of a successful Welsh rugby team. Since I know squat about the sport I have no idea how to interpret the info I find. I tried reading the info of some rugby teams, but I can't really tell whether that's good or not and which championship is important. Since Torchwood is set a bit in the future, I need a team that'd be likely to win a big rugby-related championship (which would be called what?) in the near future. Like, not a total surprise winner but a team that's been successful for a while now anyway so it's always down to a couple of teams who's going to be the champion. Actually, I need two teams. Like, give me a plausible scenario. Like "In the X cup, team Y beat team Z by ... whatever the scoring is there".

Thanks!
