Changing the molecular structure of water with a label

I'm a long-time reader, infrequent commenter, and first-time poster. I can't come up with the proper list of search terms to spit out the name/info I'm looking for, and hoping the group mind here can help.

I remember reading about a fellow who did an "experiment" in which he put labels on large glass jars of water. The labels had various words written on them: love, hate, etc. After some time, he examined the water under a microscope and discovered that the molecular strucutre was altered or messed up or somesuch. The water labeled "hate" was now bad water, whereas the water labeled "love" was natural. And so forth. He exhibited large photographs of the supposed changes, which apparently "proved" that either words or labels can hurt.

Thanks for any better memories than my own.
