MOD POST: think you're stuck in the queue?

It's come to my attention that LiveJournal's email delivery system sometimes swallows post rejection notices and spits them up days or even weeks later.

I empty the queue at least once a day. If your post doesn't appear and you don't get a rejection notice, the odds are you forgot a subject line (because that's why most posts get rejected) and LiveJournal simply ate your email. You can just go ahead and resubmit.

If you still have a post in the queue for some reason, LiveJournal will tell you.
